Close collaboration with the design team was imperative in
creating sizable cost/time savings for this four-story, steel
frame, $2 million project. Soil conditions were so poor that
a substantial retaining wall was required to shore up the
structure. Our solution: have the retaining wall double as the
back wall
of the Retail Center in the foreground.
