Typically, our clients want big company expertise with small
company attention to their project's unique needs. Others
involve us as soon as they have purchased real estate, and
require an experienced builder to assist them in getting the
most value from their investments.

Sometimes, it's just not a fit. If we sincerely cannot do justice to
a project, we'd rather say so up front. The earlier we are called in,
the better we can fully assess client objectives and the more
economically we can work together, towards a common goal.
